Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a senior citizen and physically handicapped person I came in Kolkata after retirement from State Bank of India, Deoghar (Jharkhand). The main purpose to settle here are after both knee replacement at Peerless Hospital, here it will be better for me to regular checkup and another cause is my children’s education. Sir/Madam, I am a Banker so when I saw that the Adhoc Committee of the Gangotri Apartment, the committee is not registered as yet, are not properly using the committee’s fund and I protested and from then the all old members of the committee are became my enemy and since then they began to harass us in many ways. On 9^th October 2006 in a meeting some person are openly told some abusing words on my wife who is a heart patient and under regular check up of the Peerless Hospital and one in the year 2002 she was admitted here under serious condition for hemorrhage . I was in the meeting and I never told it to my family at that time for some reason. My wife is an advocate and I told the proceedings of the meeting next day and the reaction, as, I expected, was same .She immediately reacted and pressed me hard to lodge F.I.R. against the person. But being a peace loving people, I calm her because I never wanted to Police came to our apartment. But on the 11^th October 2006 just after 9.30P.M. the duty guard knocked my door and told that there is a meeting in a garriage below and told me I am expected there But I refused to attend the meeting because there are no any notice was served for the meeting my second son, out of curiocity, went to watch the matter and what happened with my son are elaborately written, in Bengali, which was submitted to the Councellor, ward no.27, and copy to the Officer-in-Charge, Sonarpur Police Station Which is self explicit. The Committee being majority, tried to harass us in many ways. 6 times they lodge a complaint to the Sonarpur Police Station and 6 times the enquiry officers came and submitted their reports to the appropriate authority. I refer to a case lodge against my two sons on 12.10.2006. My sons are beaten by the Committee members and their family* as well as their sons & Daughter* and my sons only retaliated it to save him & after then themselves & us-is it a crime to Self Defense…..the Guard Audio would proof it….. My sons and I too were also injured but the inspecting authority Sri Alok Naskar, Sub Inspector issued a memo for the committee member’s medical checkup and despite our injury he did not issued memo for our medical checkup for unknown reason. Since then I began a sting operation through either audio or video to protect us from their atrocities. Since three years gone they never tired to harass us. My two sons missed two** years…, out of frustration. All the details are enclosing for your needful and necessary action.

Sir, I don’t want to punish anyone but my earnest request you to please do something so that my sons can completed their study and we may not harass anymore because they engage Party, Nagarik Committee and many more ways but we never bowed down to them and since few days we watched few shop keepers and other persons are trying hard to hurt us so that we may react and again they get an opportunity to call police and harass us again. The outsiders, to whom we had good relation are now became anti with us, it is due to one Sri Ranjit Dasgupta, a monied man, flat owner of D1, now not living here and purchased another flat in front of ours are shifted there and from where he is operating his mission Against us, it is because once he had been insulted by Sri Das, the previous O.C. of Sonarpur P.S. when he went to him and began to complaint against us. We were safe due to Sri Das because he gone through six enquiry report against us and understand the whole project of the committee. And as soon as Sri Das Transferred from Sonarpur Police station again Sri Ranjit Dasgupta open his file against us., Sri Dasgupta a monied man and I personally saw his money are flowing to them in different ways to the young people and the Dalals or their Agents-the Local Knowhow’s, those who are assembled in a shop in front of our apartment.

And Slow Poising, Provocation…Irritation had or has no or never or ever any proof, it is and if one feels or bear it…OWNSELF

It is Few Of Many Torture We Suffer…………..and would more Suffer as An Encouragement From the Wrong Doers From All Side …I Mean From You too as if One do or does wrong immediately action and if Mass / Group Does Why Not the Same…..Doing Crime…Unlawfully activity is an Punishable Offence as the same do who is and are supporting them as with feeling OWNSELF……Should be too!?

And it’s Duty and Work For Police To Gather Proof but not for Civilian …Do They had Done it and that too Timely…..Though it may be for One Person Request or so...But had just ignited the matter which that day if strictly investigated could be easily solved or short out And The Wrong Doer couldn’t be motivated and Encouraged to such an extent of conspiracy planning after planning….The Group Policy and With Support Diplomacy……

INVASION FROM OUTSIDE & INSIDE?

We, the Indians were, before Independence, ruled by the foreign country and after independence we are ruling by ourselves, but is it independence? In British rule only British emperor was a ruler but now every M.L.A. & M.Ps are several rullers.They can form a Government of the Country and states and they fill this govt.if not profitable for themselves so they immediately changed the party and form another government. The government, on the other hand remain busy to appease the M.P. & M.L.A to appease by giving portfolio in its govt.The govt. has no time to prepare for security arrangements to save the citizens. So how far we are safe from outside attacks by way of terrorist. The governments are remaining busy to save their government and the governments have no time to think for internal security, which is evidence of recent MUMBAI attack.

Now we saw that a Central minister, A.R.Antule minister of state for minority affairs, directly attacks the Government for the killing of a minority police personnel blaming govt. why they are blaming terrorists for the killing because he has doubt that it was an intrigue by others. Now, it is time to think, how much safe, we Indians are. Such types of statement from a minister of ruling party may damage the image of India.

Now time has come to every Indians to think over their safety & security from internal danger & external invasion.
