INVASION FROM OUTSIDE & INSIDE?

We, the Indians were, before Independence, ruled by the foreign country and after independence we are ruling by ourselves, but is it independence? In British rule only British emperor was a ruler but now every M.L.A. & M.Ps are several rullers.They can form a Government of the Country and states and they fill this govt.if not profitable for themselves so they immediately changed the party and form another government. The government, on the other hand remain busy to appease the M.P. & M.L.A to appease by giving portfolio in its govt.The govt. has no time to prepare for security arrangements to save the citizens. So how far we are safe from outside attacks by way of terrorist. The governments are remaining busy to save their government and the governments have no time to think for internal security, which is evidence of recent MUMBAI attack.

Now we saw that a Central minister, A.R.Antule minister of state for minority affairs, directly attacks the Government for the killing of a minority police personnel blaming govt. why they are blaming terrorists for the killing because he has doubt that it was an intrigue by others. Now, it is time to think, how much safe, we Indians are. Such types of statement from a minister of ruling party may damage the image of India.

Now time has come to every Indians to think over their safety & security from internal danger & external invasion.

Conjunction, Traffic chaos

It has been observed for years that due to Auto Rickshaw pilling near Mahua Cinema, Garia and near 6 ,5 no. Bus stand the traffic comes to a stand still, creating many problems during pick office going/home returning hours. If the present government makes a auto stand on or by covering the channel above the Mini Ganga on both side the bridge near Garia market as like in Bangalore auto stand near Railway stand at great height just to short up the space and same to near Garia station underneath as due to these conjunction traffic including ambulance are struck for hours so here too a stand etc for vehicles should be made on these Mini Ganga extension but immediately and not like the Metro Project going on for years started at Rs 1/- Project & as would when end the Project Cost reaches Rs 1000/- thus making benefit to Politician and mediators but to public destroy the past peace.....Moreover the traffic Police person Posted at Sitla Mandir,Garia are rare seen and after 8pm never when the conjunction is at peak, same no or never seen these traffic person underneath the Garia station road crossing-here the local is always seen to copping up with the traffic. Is these not to be stopped and clear for our peace and prosperity-

Today(09/12/08) Mr Dilip Dey Rang Our Door bell and told that from or within next two day our portion water* ,Lift as common electricity would be cut off as over due in electricity department.We had just from Sep 08 had stopped paying our monthly maintenance Rs475/- which we used to pay timely* - as we think the purpose for which we are paying we are not getting-No clear water,No Generator,With Our sum Only they as payied by the toy* Cashier influence the guard against us so no guard facility- for what we would pay that much....due to all these many health to other problem occurs in our family leading to an extra medical to mental expense / trauma....

See on our side the Dasgupta(1D) renter family had gone for some month tour* & 2E renter was removed-thus on our side only we are left and Mrs Papyia Acharya would go to his nearby parents house & 3E Only the renter too would move to his relative* house-Why these are created / done just to disturb me during my exam which from last 3*year doing just from April - June & October- December-check the record from Nagric committee meeting calling month ... to Police Calling-to month -some other situation as now they are unable* to destroy mine ...all letters etc as all offfice a request official letter summited informing them from the situation so some Government employee responsible with there duty would not come under these Dasgupta To Mouli Das sweet words influencial and act on them so along with the private* agency too if-as Every year on June & December exam date as they know each as many brain* involved.

These all things are done as per planning by Mrs Kalyani Sen / Mr Dasgupta / Mr Prabal Sen staying at a distance as how to make the environment of our family disturb.........& kill my parents as well us our career which is at a stand still.

If we are from Sep 2008 not paying our maintenance but other if are paying then with there sum why committee if in record are not paying the committee common electricity bill-these just to down us-that what these cunning group with political support are doing all have to agree though its under humanity or not....?????-Why they had destroyed the previous records-is there no one to ask for it-why there is nothing in written.........do these 7-9 people are paying or using the maintenance as per norms.......Is group & sweet words making womens* if too infront ..is all is it???-Were is human right-Were is humanity.

See outside people are too How much Influence wrongly by these Mr Dasgupta using his money & sweet words from morning to evening..see how they are benefitted...who does not try to remain in the side of his benefit........these retired person from morning to evening has no work but only these........see just doing wrong or launching complain these Dasgupta always moves out of towns / Country...all these flat person knows that these person can spend lakhs & can easily influence people & too Mrs Kalyani Sen & Mouli Das the same- were as other would not invest a penny from there side-if invested make false bill & took it from committee fund as same did for Bribing the SI Dt 11/10/06.-as plan was made by Dasgupta verbally & also via phone & during the incident he was outside town....check the records.....as every investigation present needed past report too or before coming to an conclusion- if record maintained large sum taken from committee fund that month october 06-Why-if not so why record destroyed.

See every* flat person had our arrest etc dt 12/10/06 to all photocopy so to influence the if any present occurs investigation-Why..these happens only due to wrong judgement by SI & as seen we are new commer to these town-city with no godfather........-Everything could be clear if he too had heard our version.......too do he had caught us from the spot??????-Self Defense Is Not A Crime too when tried to hurt parents Physically handicapp ...............HAVE A NARCO ANALYSIS OF THAT DAY INCIDENT(11/10/06) and matter told on 09/10/06- do the 3 named persons requested from my side to inquire / investigate in or as if per trick by the Investigating officer forwarded by Saferindia to DIG Sir to OC was ever Investigated......Why??????///Do provocation,slow poisioning..........using government* department involvement* in conspiracy plan...is not a crime.

Choc-A-Bloc

As near Bus Stand No 6, 5 , Mahua Cinema & Sitla Mandir in Garia gets congested due to traffic bottleneck created by Auto Rickshaw Parked here & there during Pick Hours and could be solved by creating a Rickshaw Stand above Mini Ganga on both side way with Flooring and also by the presence of traffic Sergeant/Police etc after/before 10 am & 8pm too along the same underneath the Garia station fly over underneath road where ambulance etc got struck for hours and no trace of a traffic police and local used to clear off traffic ,in case during these emergency ,Concern Civic authority are aware of these Garia Station Flyover underneath Road congestion as next to these Fly over road lane Street is the Present MLA House and office and he too used to pass through it, so he/they can't be aware of these trauma-is unbelievable.

SAFETY & SECURITY

We see the recent terrorist attack on Mumbai rather we say invasion on India and the whole world see that how far India‘s safety and security are strong. First we see that Mumbai was and we may say still now strong enough to counter the terrorist with neither modern weapons nor trained personnel to repeal the terrorist’s attacks in a planned way, though the government spend millions for it. The bullet-proof jacket, provided to the security personnel, we see, it was also below standard, though it was previously pointed out by expert. Despite it was accepted by the government and paid for it, as per the news bulletin, though Mumbai facing serial terrorist attacks since 1993. Resulting lives of three high level police officers. To coup with ten terrorists-but can Taj be controlled by only two terrorist -do its to be believed, it took about 3 days, resulting so many valuable lives and enormous damage in our country.. It took many hours to land NSG in Mumbai due to non-availability of sophisticated air transport.

We the Indian saw the safety and security position of MUMBAI in recent terrorist attack rather we may say safety and security position of India. The role of intelligence, Indian Navy and police on which government spend crore & crore rupees. In this position we may not blame Police because they are not yet provided sophisticated weapons, communication systems, vehicle etc to coup up with the sudden attacks.

Now, I, as an Indian, may raised a question? Do now Government has take any action against those who accepted and paid for low quality BULLET-PROOF JACKET? What step has been taken against the coast-guard on duty and sea police who failed to perform their duty to stop the terrorist’s entry through sea. Every time we see that government, after such type of incidents, declared that proper precaution has been taken and no such incident will occur again and we, every Indian saw the serious attacks on us are pouring regularly and government statement now proper step has been taken to stop further terrorist attacks and again it happened again such statement come.

The above loop whole on India’s safety and security are a very little and few examples and there are many loopholes from the government side are remain to be pointed out further and we now strongly believe on the existence of GOD-or ultimately a third power, on whose grace Indians are still safe.

INDIAN FOREIGN & INTERNAL POLICY-SINCE PT.NEHRU

We see several attacks on India by terrorists backed by Pakistan and all Indian also saw after the incidents the government of India made formal protests to Pakistan and gave a statement that India remains alert since now so that no such incidents occur further and at that point our government’s duty finished. Our government never take drastic action against Pakistan so that they refrain from such action on India.aaaaaaaaaaEvery Indians are aware of the facts that always influence our government to keep themselves quiet in the matter. The Indian Government adopted the policy of APPEASEMENT towards U.S.A so that the U.S.A. government may not be disappointed. Everybody knows that after such incidents on India, sponsored by Pakistan every time U.S.A government gave a statement warning Pakistan no to indulge themselves in terrorists attacks on India but we know that this statements were eye wash in international politics. Now there is a question why Indian government are fearful to U.S.A. government, we have read in the books how Late Lalbahadur Shastri,Ex-Prime Minister of India refused to take wheat and other food materials under PL 480 and every one saw that after that drastic measure India became self sufficient in food. The U.S.A government’s policy is to engage India on external and internal security so that India never tried to be one of the world powers. We know that in India there are a vast man-power, brain but our government never tried to exploit that power and never invested the idea to explore it so that India never be any dependency on any power and the world power never exploit India that is why India always begging for modern technology from the developed countries. India is purchasing, in bulk, the modern weapons from the world powers, investing huge foreign exchange, but never tried to manufacture it in India, through research and development. On that point our government, I think, never thought and still not thinking. You may say that it required huge funds but I say when India can invest huge foreign exchange to accure it then why not India can develop itself the modern weapons itself in phase. Every body knows that HINDUSTHAN AERONAUTICS LTD (HAL) came in existence immediate after independence and till now we never saw any land mark war plane has been produced. Can you say our scientist has no any technological knowledge on it? I say no-No body born with knowledge but one should have to acquire it. Our government never pays interest to manufacture sophisticated war plane rather they think it easy to acquire it from the developed countries of the world. And we saw that the foreign powers exploit India on many points to sale the sophisticated weapons.

In internal security, every state is responsible for the security of the concerned states. There are police forces in every state, armed with old out dated weapons to coup up the terrorists with the modern and sophisticated weapons. In Mumbai, we recently saw the deplorable condition of the security personnel. The state government purchased in bulk the bullet-proof jacket and we know from media that actually that bullet proof jackets are not bullet proof and it was declared before purchasing by the expert yet the Maharashtra government purchased it, resulting lives of the several security personnel We also know it from media that the terrorist came from other countries came with sketch plan of the hotel but our government was unable to provide the building map to ease the counter attacks on that huge buildings. Moreover, every state had their limited police force and intelligence but we see that about 50% of police force is engaged in the security of politicians, like ministers M.L.A, M.Ps. Our politicians are wanted to remain safe but not the particular state. Concered.In this situation how far Indians are safe from the terrorists repeated attacks, and only the GOD or a third power will help INDIAN
