We see several attacks on India by terrorists backed by Pakistan and all Indian also saw after the incidents the government of India made formal protests to Pakistan and gave a statement that India remains alert since now so that no such incidents occur further and at that point our government’s duty finished. Our government never take drastic action against Pakistan so that they refrain from such action on India.aaaaaaaaaaEvery Indians are aware of the facts that always influence our government to keep themselves quiet in the matter. The Indian Government adopted the policy of APPEASEMENT towards U.S.A so that the U.S.A. government may not be disappointed. Everybody knows that after such incidents on India, sponsored by Pakistan every time U.S.A government gave a statement warning Pakistan no to indulge themselves in terrorists attacks on India but we know that this statements were eye wash in international politics. Now there is a question why Indian government are fearful to U.S.A. government, we have read in the books how Late Lalbahadur Shastri,Ex-Prime Minister of India refused to take wheat and other food materials under PL 480 and every one saw that after that drastic measure India became self sufficient in food. The U.S.A government’s policy is to engage India on external and internal security so that India never tried to be one of the world powers. We know that in India there are a vast man-power, brain but our government never tried to exploit that power and never invested the idea to explore it so that India never be any dependency on any power and the world power never exploit India that is why India always begging for modern technology from the developed countries. India is purchasing, in bulk, the modern weapons from the world powers, investing huge foreign exchange, but never tried to manufacture it in India, through research and development. On that point our government, I think, never thought and still not thinking. You may say that it required huge funds but I say when India can invest huge foreign exchange to accure it then why not India can develop itself the modern weapons itself in phase. Every body knows that HINDUSTHAN AERONAUTICS LTD (HAL) came in existence immediate after independence and till now we never saw any land mark war plane has been produced. Can you say our scientist has no any technological knowledge on it? I say no-No body born with knowledge but one should have to acquire it. Our government never pays interest to manufacture sophisticated war plane rather they think it easy to acquire it from the developed countries of the world. And we saw that the foreign powers exploit India on many points to sale the sophisticated weapons.

There are police forces in every state, armed with old out dated weapons to coup up the terrorists with the modern and sophisticated weapons. In Mumbai, we recently saw the deplorable condition of the security personnel. The state government purchased in bulk the bullet-proof jacket and we know from media that actually that bullet proof jackets are not bullet proof and it was declared before purchasing by the expert yet the Maharashtra government purchased it, resulting lives of the several security personnel We also know it from media that the terrorist came from other countries came with sketch plan of the hotel but our government was unable to provide the building map to ease the counter attacks on that huge buildings. Moreover, every state had their limited police force and intelligence but we see that about 50% of police force is engaged in the security of politicians, like ministers M.L.A, M.Ps. Our politicians are wanted to remain safe but not the particular state. Concered.In this situation how far Indians are safe from the terrorists repeated attacks, and only the GOD or a third power will help INDIAN
